Returns & Replacements
We accept return or replacement requests only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged / defective

Wrong product delivered
The item must be unused and unworn. It must be in original packaging with no scratches, perfume stains, or damage.
Please refuse to accept the delivery, if the package is damaged.
A mandatory 5% of the total amount will be deducted in every condition while processing the refunds as the card fees.
For items with defect/damage, the return/exchange request must be placed within 7 days of receiving the product. We will gladly issue store credit for your purchase amount. However customers have to bear shipping charges for returning their product which is Rs 100.
The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which the return will not be possible. Any return requests after 7 days will not be entertained.
Mandatory Opening Video Requirement
For any return or replacement request, customers are required to provide a clear, continuous, and uncut opening video of the package.
The video must:
- Clearly show the sealed outer packaging
- Show the package being opened from start to finish

Clearly display the product and the issue claimed
Without an uncut opening video, return or replacement requests will not be accepted. This requirement helps us verify the issue fairly and prevent misuse.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Used items
- Damaged items due to misuse
- Sale items
Non-Returnable Items
Products purchased under any special offer or discount are not eligible for return or refund.
Refunds
The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
